WHEREAS, the Clerk of Court has requested an amendment to code to allow for the use of computer fund monies for purposes outlined in the Auditor of State Bulletin 97-019; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor is in support of this change and agreed to bring it forth to Council for review and adoption;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 133.093, Municipal Mayor's Court Computer Fund, of Chapter 133, Department of Finance, of the Codified Ordinance of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended in accordance with EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 133.093, Municipal Mayor's Court Computer Fund, of Chapter 133, Department of Finance, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
