TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4595 MORSE ROAD; FROM JOSEPH A. GEER.

WHEREAS, a quit claim deed for right of way purposes for the future widening of Morse Road was obtained from Joseph A. Geer in 1986; and
WHEREAS, said quit claim deed was recorded on March 4, 1986 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said quit claim deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Quit Claim Deed from Joseph A. Geer, for right of way purposes at 4595 Morse Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
