RESOLUTION TO HONOR AND COMMEND JACK SELVEY FOR WORK ON THE 2000 GAHANNA HOLIDAY PARADE AND FESTIVAL

WHEREAS, JACK SELVEY, has served on the Blue Ribbon Committee for Gahanna Events, Inc. as Ambassador and Logistics, and helped in the planning and implementation of the 2000 Gahanna Holiday Lights Parade and Festival held on November 25, 2000; and
WHEREAS, it was the dedication, hard work and perseverance of JACK SELVEY and other members of the Blue Ribbon Committee, that made the festival the success it was;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend JACK SELVEY for exemplary service to the community with involvement in the Gahanna Holiday Lights Parade and Festival.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
