TO AMEND CHAPTER 1133, AMENDMENTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO.

Whereas, Planning Commission has reviewed Chapter 1133, Amendments, as a result of a request of Council on June 8, 1998; and
Whereas, Planning Commission on August 12, 1998, recommended approval of a code change to Chapter 1133, Amendments; and
Whereas, Council held Public Hearing on September 21, 1998, pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 1133, Amendments, of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set out in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 1133, Amendments, and any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
