ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA, OHIO: Amending Sections 929.10 General Provisions, 929.12 Water Rates, 929.14 System Capacity Charge and 929.15 Private Fire Protection Service of Chapter 929 Water Connections and Rates; WAIVING SECOND READING.

WHEREAS, Every year the Department of Public Service and Engineering reviews code and fee schedules for necessary updates and revisions to ensure it stays current and applicable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Sections 929.10 General Provisions, 929.12 Water Rates, 929.14 System Capacity Charge and 929.15 Private Fire Protection Service of Chapter 929 Water Connections and Rates of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna are hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Sections 929.10, 929.12, 929.14 and 929.15 of Chapter 929 Water Connections and Rates, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That the second reading is hereby waived.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
