TO ZONE 4.936 ACRES LOCATED AT 400-408 WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD AS SO, SUBURBAN OFFICE; TO ZONE 1.784 ACRES LOCATED AT 93-101 SOUTH STYGLER ROAD AS CC, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL; SELECT PROPERTIES, APPLICANT

WHEREAS, rezoning to SO, Suburban Office, is being requested by Select Properties for 4.936 acres located at 400-408 West Johnstown Road; and
WHEREAS, rezoning to CC, Community Commercial, is being requested by Select Properties for 1.784 acres located at 93-101 South Stygler Road; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission held public hearing, said hearing held pursuant to notice and according to law and, as a result of such hearing and deliberations, on September 9, 1998 Planning Commission recommended this application for rezoning; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on November 2, 1998, pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 198-96 on November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 4.936 acres to SO, Suburban Office, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That the Official Zoning Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 198-96 on November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 1.784 acres to CC, Community Commercial, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT B attached hereto.
Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to amend and recertify the Official Zoning Map of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, to reflect the zoning contained in and approved by this ordinance.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
