TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - Capital Maintenance Fund for Creekside Flood Mitigation and Plaza Improvements Professional Services
BODY
WHEREAS, the Council has approved through ORD-0046-2023, the Phase 2 scope of work for Fishbeck’s professional services for Creekside Flood and Plaza Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the approved agreement is $1,290,500; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $1,212,120 is already encumbered for this project, requiring a request for a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $78,380 to fund the contract’s scope.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of seventy-eight thousand three hundred eighty dollars ($78,380) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the Capital Maintenance fund to the account as follows:
325.06.550.5505: $78,380
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
