TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG TAYLOR STATION ROAD FOR GENERAL PURPOSE UTILITIES; FROM RIBBON TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, FRANKLIN STEEL COMPANY AND THE CLAYCRAFT COMPANY.

WHEREAS, easements for construction, operating, maintaining or replacing general purpose utilities were obtained in 1979 and 1982 from Ribbon Technology Corporation, Franklin Steel Company and The Claycraft Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on June 19, 1979, April 2, 1982 and April 22, 1982 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Ribbon Technology Corporation, Franklin Steel Company and The Claycraft Company, for general purpose utilities along Taylor Station Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through C attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
