TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER IN GAHANNA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION; FROM GAHANNA HEIGHTS INC.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer was obtained in 1962 from Gahanna Heights, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on July 5, 1962 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Gahanna Heights Inc. for utility purposes in Gahanna Heights Subdivision, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
