Motiion to refund to Montell USA, Inc., (formerly Himont U.S.A., Inc.) amended returns filed 9/29/99, Fed, I.D. 51-0272089 due to irs adjustments to their returns from prior years, which caused refunds to be due them.
The refunds years are outside of Gahanna's three-year statute of limitations, Section 161.06(c). However; Section 161.06(b) allows for amended returns fiwithin three months from the final deermination of any Federal tax liability.
Refund amount: $6,452.
