WHEREAS, ORD-0004-2012 passed January 2, 2012 established salaries and benefits for the supervisory personnel of the City; and
WHEREAS, when discussing appropriations in December, 2011 it was determined that salaries would be reviewed in January so no salary increases were included in ORD-0004-2012 when presented and passed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Article II, Pay Ranges, of ORD-0004-2012, passed January 2, 2012, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
