WHEREAS, increased repairs on safety/emergency equipment has depleted the garage overtime account; and

WHEREAS, $5,950 is needed to fund anticipated shortages in garage overtime and associated accounts

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($5,950) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to the following accounts:

101.512.5117     Garage Overtime           $5,000

101.512.5132     Garage Workers Comp       160

101.512.5138     Gargae Medicare                 73

101.211.5131     Garage PERS                    717

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2006, passed January 2, 2006, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
