TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS IN THE AREA OF JAMES ROAD; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, three easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1965 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on November 4, 1965 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Harold & Helen Fannin, George W. Weber, and Leroy E. & Audrey G. Kandell, for utility purposes in the area of James Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through C attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
