TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER FOR SHEPARD CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE; FROM SHEPARD CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1963 from Shepard Church of the Nazarene; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on February 1, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from the Shepard Church of the Nazarene, for sanitary sewer to Shepard Church of the Nazarene, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
