TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON HAMILTON ROAD; FROM JOHN M AND MARJORIE WORMAN ET AL.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining 6", 8" and 12" water mains was obtained in 1963 from John M an Marjorie Worman, et al; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on May 15, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from John M. and Marjorie Worman, et al, for utility purposes on Hamilton Road said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
