TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH INTELLINETICS, INC., FOR THE MIGRATION OF BACK-FILED DOCUMENTS INTO A DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE.

WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council worked with area municipalities and vendors to determine the most efficient and effective way to simplify records storage and speed up retrieval of public records and save money for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna is prepared to proceed with the migration of back-filed documents in 2015 through Intellinetics, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Intellinetics, Inc., 2190 Dividend Drive, Columbus, OH 43228, for Document Management Software Solution for the City records; Contract attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS ($127,372) was set aside in the 2015 Appropriations in Account No. 101.123.5249 Records Management, Contract Services, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
