RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR T-21 FUNDS FOR THE WEST BIKEWAY CONNECTOR - MID OHIO REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested that application be made for T-21 funds for specific infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Administration submit a request for said funding; and
WHEREAS, Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has asked for resolution in support of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to submit the project funding request to Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for T-21 funds for the construction of the West Bikeway Connector.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
