SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Water & Sewer Bill - Columbus
Body
WHEREAS, water and sewer bills have exceeded appropriation with usage greater than anticipated, and it is necessary to appropriately funds to cover increases through the end of this fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($195,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5335, Water Purchases.
Section 2. That the amount of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000)is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to Account No. 661.360.5336, Sewer Rental.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriation and transfer of funds.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
