RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE RENEWAL OF LIQUOR PERMITS TO BLAZIN WINGS INC, DBA BUFFALO WILD WINGS GRILL & BAR, 1380 CHERRY BOTTOM ROAD, GAHANNA, OHIO 43230

WHEREAS, the Administration and Council of the City of Gahanna wish to go on record as opposing the renewal of D1, D2, D3, D3A, and D6 Liquor Permits to Blazin Wings Inc., DBA Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar; and
WHEREAS, the renewal of said permits is opposed, and the City Attorney is preparing a statement pursuant to Section 4303.29.2 of the Ohio Revised Code that, in his opinion, the objection to the renewal of said permit is based upon substantial legal grounds within the meaning and intent of Section 4303.29.2(A)(1)(b) of the Ohio Revised Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1 That the City Attorney is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to file with the Ohio Department of Liquor Control in a timely fashion this resolution requesting a hearing on the proposed renewal of D1, D2, D3, D3A, and D6 Liquor Permits to Blazin Wings Inc., DBA Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 1380 Cherrybottom Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
Section 2 That the City Attorney and other City officials are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cooperate in the preparation of relevant information to be used as evidence at the Ohio Department of Liquor Control hearing in this matter.
Section 3 This this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
