WHEREAS, unexpected expenses have occurred in the Council office due to retirement of the Clerk of Council and a part-time employee; and
WHEREAS, there have been added expenses in training, maintenance, advertising, part-time clerical and seminars and meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of FORTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS ($42,566) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the General fund to the following Accounts:
$10,350 101.111.5251 Council, Data Processing
$ 2,000 101.111.5401 Council, Office Expense
$16,000 101.111.5274 Council, Seminars/Meetings
$12,000 101.111.5112 Council, Part-time Clerical.
$ 1,698 101.111.5131 Council, PERS
$ 337 101.111.5132 Council, Workers Comp.
$ 181 101.111.5138 Council, Medicare
$42,556 TOTAL
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
