TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR LOT NO. 69 OF CHERRY BOTTOM GARDENS SECTION TWO; FROM DAVIS & SON INC.

WHEREAS, warranty deeds for Lot No. 69 of Cherry Bottom Gardens Section Two from Davis and Son, Inc. were executed on December 23, 1976; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deeds were recorded on April 16, 1982 and April 22, 1982 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deeds were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deeds from Davis & Son, Inc., for Lot 69 of Cherry Bottom Gardens Section 2, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
