WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Steven M. Bowman, for sanitary sewer easement at 402 Debra Lane; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on July 2, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the easement for 402 Debra Lane to be $1,116; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Deed of Easement for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a sanitary sewer line and appurtenances thereto at 402 Debra Lane; said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
