TO ACCEPT FEES IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION FOR THE WOODS AT SHAGBARK CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT; FROM THE STONEHENGE COMPANY

WHEREAS, based on the appraisal by Kim Koenig for the Stonehenge Company done in 1999, under authority of Section 1109.08(e) of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, fees-in-lieu of land dedication for the Woods at Shagbark, would be $25,596.20; and
WHEREAS, said fees were delivered to the City on May 27, 2003, and it is desirable to proceed to accept said fees in order that the building process may continue; and
WHEREAS, written certification, as required in Section 1109.08(h) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, has been received from the Zoning Administrator that all required fee payment requirements have been met by The Stonehenge Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Six Dollars and Twenty Cents ($25,596.20) is hereby accepted by this Council, and the Administration is authorized to release such permits and certificates as necessary for this development, under authority of Section 1109.08(j).
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
