WHEREAS, a purchase order was reduced after issue and funds are needed to correct this error; and
WHEREAS, a piece of equipment has been received and there are not enough funds on the purchase order to pay for it;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That THIRTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS ($31,655) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund to Account No. 220.330.5512, Capital Projects/Equipment, Streets.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
