TO ACCEPT DEED FOR 0.274 ACRES AT 5175 MORSE ROAD, FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES, FROM BRIAN D. KRING

WHEREAS, the property at 5175 Morse Road is being rezoned by ORD-0131-2003 and a requirement at the time of annexation was that right of way be dedicated at the time of rezoning; and
WHEREAS, the owner has presented a deed to the Council Office for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files dedicating the additional right of way necessary; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on June 10, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed for roadway purposes for 0.274 acre, more or less, from Brian D. Kring, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature of approval by the Mayor.
