WHEREAS, Moody/Nolan Ltd., Inc., was contracted to provide a Hamilton Road Corridor/Triangle Area Traffic Study; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission reviewed and made recommendations to Council on September 13, 2000 on the adoption of the Hamilton Road Corridor/Triangle Area Traffic Study; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed said Hamilton Road Corridor/Triangle Area Traffic Study, and is ready to move forward with the adoption of said study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby adopts the Hamilton Road Corridor/Triangle Area Traffic Study, prepared by Moody/Nolan, Ltd., Inc., attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
