WHEREAS, the Gahanna Soccer Association constructed and generously donated a multi-use facility at Headley Park with a value of $290,744; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to accept said donation; and

WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Parks & Recreation Department to maintain said facility;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby accept this generous donation.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
