SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Attorney Special Counsel and Attorney Negotiations Consultant
Body
WHEREAS, expenses out of the Attorney Special Counsel and Attorney Negotiations Consultant accounts have been very heavy over the first quarter of 1998, leaving only a small amount to cover costs for the rest of the year; and
WHEREAS, additional funds will be needed in both accounts totaling approximately $85,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.181.5232, Attorney - Special Counsel, and $25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Dollars) is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of General Fund to Account No. 101.181.5234 Attorney - Negotiations Consultant, to cover the herein costs.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
