TO REQUEST THE CITY ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA TO PREPARE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, PROFILES, AND AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST FOR STREET LIGHTS FOR BALLARD DRIVE AND CHERRY ROAD

WHEREAS, Petition for Assessment, signed by owners of property on Ballard Drive, Gahanna, has been received for street lighting; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it appropriate to proceed to request preparation of plans, specifications, profiles, and estimate of cost for proposed street lighting in accordance with Section 727.12 of the Ohio Revised Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That, the City Engineer is hereby requested to prepare plans, specifications, profiles and a cost estimate for street lights for Ballard Drive and Cherry Road.
Section 2. That, in accordance with Section 727.12 of the Ohio Revised Code, said plans, specifications, profiles, and cost estimates shall be filed with the Clerk of Council.
Section. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
