TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON PARKLAND DRIVE BEHIND THE GAHANNA SWIM CLUB AND ADJACENT TO BIG WALNUT CREEK, FROM THE GAHANNA FARMER-SPORTSMAN CONSERVATION CLUB

WHEREAS, the City acquired certain real estate on Big Walnut Creek behind the Gahanna Swim Club for the price of $1.00 from the Gahanna Farmer-Sportsman Conservation Club, Inc., for the purpose of a pump station site; and
WHEREAS, a Quit Claim Deed was recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on March 29, 1960;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts QUIT CLAIM DEED for property located adjacent to Big Walnut Creek and behind the Gahanna Swim Club which was deeded to the City of Gahanna by the Gahanna Farmers-Sportsman Conservation Club, Inc.
Section 2. That said property is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
