WHEREAS, several items were missed to complete the purchase and installation of new hardware and software for Mayor's Court; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council and Administration to move forward to complete this upgrade by allowing an appropriation to purchase a new laser printer; to provide for maintenance for the new equipment; and to allow for the unanticipated cost for conversion of court data by the previous software vendor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That One Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars ($1,169) is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered unappropriated balance of the Computer Fund to Account Number 229.151.5511, Court Fund, Capital
Section 2. That Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered unappropriated balance of the Computer Fund to Account Number 229.151.5251, Court, Computer Fund.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
