TO ACCEPT WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 455 CLARK STATE ROAD FROM PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH; AND TO ACKNOWLEDGE WARRANTY DEED TO PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA FOR PROPERTY FRONTING ON HAMILTON ROAD ADJACENT TO 455 CLARK STATE ROAD

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna exchanged property at 455 Clark State Road with Peace Lutheran Church; and
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deeds for this land exchange were recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on December 23, 2003; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept these Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for land purchased from Peace Lutheran Church; said deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Council hereby acknowledges Warranty Deed for land exchanged to Peace Lutheran Church; said deed attached as EXHIBIT B hereto and made a part herein.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
