WHEREAS, in 1981 the City of Gahanna received a General Warranty Deed from Therese M. and Joseph A. Bisang, for right of way purposes along Price Road; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's Office on September 4, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting all property donated or purchased for record keeping purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this General Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes along Price Road; said deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
