TO AMEND CHAPTER 927, STORM SEWERS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, each year the Department of Public Service reviews Chapter 927, Storm Sewers; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Department to amend this Chapter to reflect some minor changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 927, Storm Sewers, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
