TO ACCEPT EASEMENT FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES FOR SIDEWALKS ON NORTH HAMILTON ROAD, ORDER NO. S-330; FROM RICHARD D AND ELVA MICO.

WHEREAS, an easement for highway purposes for sidewalks on North Hamilton Road, Order No. S-330, was obtained in 1964 from Richard D. and Elva Mico; and
WHEREAS, said Easement for Highway Purposes was recorded on January 20, 1965 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Easement for Highway Purposes from Richard D. and Elva Mico, for sidewalks on North Hamilton Road, Order No. S-330, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
