RESOLUTION TO HONOR AND COMMEND BECKY YOUNG FOR WORK ON THE 2000 GAHANNA HOLIDAY PARADE AND FESTIVAL

WHEREAS, BECKY YOUNG, has served as Co-Chair on the Blue Ribbon Committee as Co-Chairperson of the Publicity Committee for Gahanna Events, Inc., and helped in the planning and implementation of the 2000 Gahanna Lights Parade and Festival held on November 25, 2000; and
WHEREAS, it was the dedication, hard work and perseverance of BECKY YOUNG and other members of the Blue Ribbon Committee, that made the festival the success it was;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend BECKY YOUNG for exemplary service to the community with involvement in the Gahanna Holiday Lights Parade and Festival.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
