WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna purchased the property at 465 East Johnstown Road containing 0.422 acres from Certified Oil Corporation, successor by merger from Goodies Ice Cream Company; and
WHEREAS, the General Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on March 11, 1998; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed for land purchased from Certified Oil Corporation; said deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
