Title
TO AMEND SECTION 1167.18(c), SCREENING OF TRASH CONTAINERS OR RECEPTACLES, OF CHAPTER 1167, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, ADDITIONAL USE, HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, a code change is necessary to be able to better enforce the section on screening of trash containers; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on July 20, 1998, pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1167.18(c), Screening of Trash Containers or Receptacles, of Chapter 1167, General Development Standards, Additional Use, Height and Area Regulations, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended pursuant to EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1167.18(c), Screening of Trash Containers or Receptacles, of Chapter 1167, General Development Standards, Additional Use, Height and Area Regulations, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
