WHEREAS, through the passage of ORD-0129-2006 the City committed to complete storm water remediation work as the City's local match for the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund grant; and
WHEREAS, the money needed to be available by September 1, 2006 and the loan cannot be approved until October 31, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has requested that the General Fund advance the funds to the Stormwater Fund until the proceeds of the loan are received;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,200,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.991.5934, Transfer to Storm.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,200,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Stormwater Fund to Account No. 631.350.5596, Misc. Storm Improvements.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2006, passed January 2, 2006, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
