TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES ON JAMES ROAD; FROM VARIOUS PEOPLE.

WHEREAS, easements for cleaning, improving and maintaining the channel of a ditch and for the construction and maintenance of a bridge and foundations thereof over said ditch were obtained in 1964 from Harold and Helen Fannin, Audrey M. Poth, Leroy E. and Audrey G. Kandell, and Frank and Bertha E. Branham; and
WHEREAS, said right of way easements were recorded on April 17, 1964 and April 22, 1964 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said right of way easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Harold and Helen Fannin, Audrey C. Poth, Leroy E. and Audrey G. Kandell, and Frank and Bertha E. Branham, for right of way purposes on James Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through E attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
