WHEREAS, additional funding is needed to cover expenses that need to be paid to the Ohio Board of Building Standards for the remainder of 2013; and
WHEREAS, fees paid come out of the additional revenue generated based on a 1% fee on all residential building permits and a 3% fee on all commercial building permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.344.5252, Building, State Fees.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2013 passed January 2, 2013, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
