WHEREAS, in 1980 the City of Gahanna received a Warranty Deed from Elizabeth Pizzurro for 10.135 acres off of Morrison Road; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's Office on March 11, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting all property donated or purchased for record keeping purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for 10.135 acres off of Morrison Road and now included in the Industrial Zone, said deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
