TO AMEND THE CIVIL SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS AS DATED JANUARY 13, 2015.

WHEREAS, the Director of Human Resources had minor housekeeping items to clarify the Civil Service Rules & Regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission met on January 6, 2015 to review the proposed changes and voted to recommend them to Council for passage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the City of Gahanna Civil Service Rules and Regulations are hereby amended; Rules attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
