TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR LOT NO. 1 OF GRAMERCY PARK SUBDIVISION; KNOWN AS GRAMERCY PARK; FROM FRANK C and GILIA M IAFOLLA.

Body

WHEREAS, a warranty deed for Lot No. 1 of Gramercy Park from Frank C. and Gilia M. Iafolla was executed on June 11, 1974; and

WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on July 24, 1974 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said warranty deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Frank C. and Gilia M. Iafolla, for park land purposes and known Gramercy Park, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
