TO ACCEPT THE WARRANTY DEED FOR A 0.427 ACRE PROPERTY ALONG CLARK STATE ROAD AND WARRANTY DEED FOR 0.040 ACRE, ALONG REYNOLDSBURG NEW ALBANY ROAD FROM DUBLIN MANOR, LLC; TO ACCEPT THE WARRANTY DEEDS FOR 0.176 ACRE, AND 0.072 ACRE ALONG REYNOLDSBURG NEW ALBANY ROAD FROM JOHN C. LUCAS, R. DAVID LUCAS, ELIZABETH L. CONRAD AND STEPHEN C. LUCAS; ALL FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, a condition at the time of annexation of 6685 Clark State Road was that right of way be dedicated at the time of rezoning; and
WHEREAS, the owner has presented several deed to the Council Office for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files dedicating the right of way necessary along Clark State Road and Reynoldsburg New Albany Road; and
WHEREAS, deeds were recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on December 23, 2005 and February 24, 2006;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds for roadway purposes for 0.427 acre and 0.040 acre, more or less, from Dublin Manor, LLC, said Deeds attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds for roadway purposes for 0.176 acre, and 0.072 acre, more or less, from John C. Lucas, R. David Lucas, Elizabeth L. Conrad and Stephen C. Lucas, said Deeds attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT B, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature of approval by the Mayor.
