TO AMEND CODE SECTION 927.17, CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY AND ERU ASSIGNMENT AND RATE, OF CHAPTER 927, STORM SEWERS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to add the year 2009 to Section 927.17 to be ready for the upcoming year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Code Section 927.17, Classification of Property and ERU Assignment and Rate, of Chapter 927, Storm Sewers, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 927.17, Classification of Property and ERU Assignment and Rate, of Chapter 927, Storm Sewers, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
