SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - ODOT BILL, HAMILTON ROAD, MORRISON ROAD TO GRANVILLE STREET
Body
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has received an old bill from Ohio Department of Transportation pertaining to the work done on Hamilton Road from Morrison Road to Granville Street; and
WHEREAS, in view of the fact this is a delayed bill for work done in 1994, it is desirable to settle this payment at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Eighty One Thousand to settle the costs of the 1994 Hamilton Road bill with Ohio Department of Transportation is hereby supplementally appropriated as follows:
From the General Fund in the amount of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($73,245) to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.
From the Water Fund in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($8,350) to Account No. 651.350.5596, Water Line Improvements.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
