A Motion to Adopt, implement, and make available an electronic form of a speaker’s slip to identify a member of the public who wishes to comment live during the Hearing of Visitors under Council Rules Article VI. This may take the form of email, webform, or other electronic manner as determined by the Clerk of Council. Effective August 3, 2020.
