Easement - Edna Bobb

Title

TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED HAMILTON ROAD; FROM EDNA BOBB.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining an 8" water line was obtained in 1958 from Edna Bobb; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on March 27, 1958 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Edna Bobb, for utility purposes on Hamilton Road said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
