WHEREAS, additional funds are necessary for easement purchases and EPA permits in order to move forward with the East Industrial Sanitary Sewer, Improvement No. 727; and
WHEREAS, $225,000 appropriated by ORD-0236-2000 was not spent and has been released back into the S.S.C.I. fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That THIRTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUDNRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($36,115) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencubmered, unappropriated balance is the S.S.C.I. Fund to Account Number 662.361.5540, East Industrial Sewer.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropraition.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
